• 70% approval ratings for LogiTrak and the transporters, which will be monitored through separate ratings for both parties which clients are required to submit after every trip and quarterly feedback forms.
• A maximum of 48 hours from the time a client requests a vehicle to the time a vehicle is made available at the required location. This will be monitored through our technology which will automatically generate a report periodically.
• 50% quarterly increase in the number of transporters that sign up on the LogiTrak platform
• 70% retention of transporters who sign up on the LogiTrak platform, monitored through analytics on the number of trips accepted by each transporter and encouraged through the provision of value added services to transporters.
